Had this series in mind for a bit, been looking for an excuse to start it, a sort of sister series to "The Ladies of Sci-Fi".  After having picked it up and put it down several times, I finally finished the game Quest for Infamy by Infamous Quests, so I thought I'd mark the occasion by drawing the two main female characters Kayanna & Voleris.  Decided not to include a background this time around.

While I wouldn't necessarily call The Legend of Zelda my favorite game series, I've played enough games to where I think it's safe to say I like it.  And much like with Samus in my "Ladies of Sci-Fi" album, having an interest in gaming and fantasy and not including Zelda in this album would seem to be a major oversight.  The hardest part was figuring out which outfit to draw her in, since she's had a multitude of them.  In the end, I went with a somewhat simplified combination of her looks from Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess (which, incidentally, are the only games in the series I've beaten).

Was playing through Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia a few weeks ago.  Couldn't finish it; it was a little too difficult for me, but still, felt like taking a stab at drawing Shanoa, the protagonist.
